この度、第15回広島WPPC開催、誠におめでとうございます。心よりお祝い申し上げます。
　毎年、ピース・セレモニーに多くの方々が集い、世界平和を祈っていただけるのは素晴らしいことです。本日ご参集いただきました皆様方に厚く御礼申し上げます。
　日本はあくまでも平和主義に徹し、その心を最後まで貫き通す意志力を保持することが必要です。唯一の原爆による大量殺戮を体験した国として、平和のオピニオン、愛のオピニオン、そして赦しのオピニオンを発信し続けてゆくことこそ、私どもの役目と考えております。
　このような決意の下、来る11月18日（日）には早稲田大学国際会議場（東京都新宿区）において平和主義を根本とした新しい文明を築くための2007年度五井平和財団フォーラムの開催を予定しております。
　引き続き、国家、人種、宗教、政治など全ての違いを超えた普遍的な世界平和運動を国際的に展開し続けてまいります。
　本日、私どもも全世界一国一国の幸せを願い、皆様と共に平和のエネルギーを発信致します。どうぞ、よろしくお願い致します。

A message from the President of Goi Peace Foundation

I would first like to offer my heartfelt congratulations to all of you on joining the 15th World Peace Prayer Ceremony in Hiroshima.

It is so significant to observe many people gather for the Ceremony and pray together for world peace every year. Let me convey my sincere gratitude to all of you.

It is important for Japan and Japanese people to uphold and maintain our pacifism and strong will thoroughly until the time when peace prevails on earth. It is our belief that Japanese people share a common mission, as the only nation who experienced the massacre caused by atomic bombs, to continue to assert opinions for peace, opinions for love and opinions for forgiveness.

Under such determination, the Goi Peace Foundation will organize the Forum 2007 “Creating a New Civilization” at Waseda University International Conference Center on November 18th this year.

We will continue to promote and advocate this universal world peace movement in order to transcend all differences of nations, races, religions and politics and so on.

In today’s Ceremony, we will also join and pray for peace of each country of the world with all of you, sending our energy of peace.

Thank you, and May Peace Prevail on Earth.
